Returns are applicable when items received in defective, incomplete or incorrect product.

Things to be prepared when contacting Customer Service via email or chat:
- Order number
- Detailed explanation of defective product
- Attach photos
The shipping cost will be on us. Important! the packaging must be in the same condition at the time the product is received.

Refund valid if goods that have been paid is not in stock or if the price has changed.
We will refund to inital payment method when you place an order. The estimate refund is 7 business days.
We are unable to cancel or make changes to your order once payment is received as it is final and has already been processed for delivery.
Cancellation can be done if:
- You have not made payment within 1x24 hours after order
- We have not received your payment yet
- The invoice date for the order has expired
